Last Friday, we made a little roadtrip to the Codswolds, which is a group of small towns in England with some really pretty countryside. It was the first time a lot of us had been in a car, so that was neat too. Katie and David both rented cars and piled everyone in. Katie drove a car! On the left side of the road with the steering wheel on the right! She said it was pretty scary, but we all ended up okay. Traffic circles are stupid though. And the road signs are confusing. Anyway, here are some pictures!

This is me in the car. Katie was driving, so Jamie took this one—-Look at Katie in the reflection!
All of us piled into our little Vauxhall
I drove some too!
Pretty countryside
This was our first stop at Bibery for some yummy hot chocolate.
Also in Bibery—-it was quite “posh”
more countryside
Stow on the Wold—-this is the door at St. James Church that inspired Tolkein’s entrance to Moria in Lord of the Rings
And for old times’ sake. Katie knows how much I like jumping.
